PREPARATION
1. Peel bananas. Slice into

inch thick pieces. Line
baking sheet with waxed paper. Arrange banana
pieces close together in a single layer on sheet.
2. In a heavy, small saucepan, melt chocolate
over low heat. Place melted chocolate in a small
re-sealable plastic bag. Seal bag and snip off a tiny
comer. Drizzle chocolate over banana slices. Cover
and freeze for

hours or until frozen.
3. Divide banana pieces among freezer containers or
small freezer bags. Freeze for up to 3 days.

30 wonton wrappers (available at gourmet
food stores)

tbsp olive oil

clove garlic, minced

tsp dried basil, crushed

cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Using a sharp knife,
cut wonton wrappers diagonally in half to
form 60 triangles. Coat a baking sheet with
non-stick cooking spray or brush very lightly
with a little vegetable oil. Arrange one-third of
the triangles in a single layer on sheet.
2. In a small bowl, stir together oil, garlic, and
basil. Lightly brush the wonton triangles on
baking sheet with some of the oil mixture;
sprinkle with some of the cheese.
3. Bake

to 9 minutes or until golden. Cool
on a wire rack. Repeat with the remaining
wonton triangles, oil mixture, and cheese.
